They pull all three and use the middle score. They use mortgage scores and not FICO 8s.
Portfolio lenders have the ability to use a different score, but you would have to find that lender. They originate, underwrite and HOLD their loans that is why they can use different criteria.
we pull all three. we have to to have an insurable mortgage that can be sold.
maybe some small town bank or something can help. as stated above, they tend to not sell their loans. they would be considered a portfolio lender
awesome - Thanks, guys. My middle score as of TU on the mortgage scoring module with myfico.com is 634. Waiting on all CC's to show 5 out of 6 paid to zero balance with only the one oldest card (highest limit) showing 6% UTI once they all update by month end.
