We found a piece of property that is well priced in the area we want, for a future home build. It has utilities, etc, and is a secluded 7 acres just minutes from town.
I started digging into financing and am having trouble finding anyone who writes "plot loans" for improved land.
Does anyone still do loans for land? What is my best course of action to finance this endeavor?
