Does this mean we are cleared to close?

We got our conditional approval early last week and submitted all the necessary paperwork.  Today, we received a forwarded email  with a settlement notice telling us the date and time of settlement.

 

For some reason, our loan officer always emails my husband only and he is at work until late today, so I don't actually know if we are officially cleared to close or not.
