Does this mean we are cleared to close?

We got our conditional approval early last week and submitted all the necessary paperwork.  Today, we received a forwarded email  with a settlement notice telling us the date and time of settlement.

For some reason, our loan officer always emails my husband only and he is at work until late today, so I don't actually know if we are officially cleared to close or not.

Hi,

It appears as though you might be...especially with the settlement notice. Let' see what others think.

What date are scheduled to close?
