I looked online at my mortgage status and wanted to know what the following means:

"Verify That All Parties To The Transaction Do Not Appear On Either The Limited Denials Of Participation List Or List Of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement Or Nonprocurement Programs".

there is a list of people who cannot be involved in fha loans. borrowers, builders, ect.

the underwriter is basically stating that the list hasnt been checked yet.

this isnt something i usually share with borrowers... it is kind of an internal condition.

yes, this is an FHA loan.  This note was under their list of things to do.  I thought it was CAVRIS

i think caivrs checks you against any unpaid fed debt only.

maybe it also checks for 'unapproved people' in the transaction.... but i dont think so.

i wouldnt worry about it
