Dti question

My wife and I live in texas she is gunna be applying for an fha loan on her own all she has on her reports as debt is a 355 car loan and a 150 dollar student loan payment my question is will they consider my payments as her debt when she applies I have a 777 truck payment that will proably miss up her dti thank u

Yes, since you are in a community property state, your debt are her debts and vice versa.
