I have filed a complaint with CFPB based on a letter back in 2008 from WF. I'm disputing WF non-attempt to erase derogatory info. from credit file.In short, WF provided a forbearance plan back in 2008, I submitted my payment next day air, it got there on due date, but WF said it didn't get posted
to my account that day because it didn't get there on time. The letter I received from WF, clearly states that they should received the payment on or before
the date. If WF didn't intend to accept the payment on the due date, why did they write that in the letter. It is on all correspondence I have ever received from
them. I clearly don't understand. Someone signed for this payment the day it was received.
