Email from lender...good sign?

Got a truth in lending disclosure from the lender today...it specifically said that it wasn't a loan commitment, but it came from the bank, not the broker, so it kind of excited me. I know it might not mean anything, but do you think it's a good sign? I'm just dying to hear back from underwriting!!

Re: Email from lender...good sign?

I just looked at the email again and it was from the underwriter herself. Surely that can't be bad! I need news!! After the excitement of writing offers, counter offers, putting in the loan application, etc, this wait is cruel!

The Truth in Lending Disclosure must be given to the applicant within 3 days of applying for the loan...its not a loan committment and I don't believe it should be taken as a sign or guarantee.
