Hello Folks,

I was just googling for fun, and found a mortgage entity known as Empire of America, which has a FICO minimum of 580--and one could put down 5%.  I wish I knew how to implant the link for the website onto this page.  I wonder if this information would benefit those who have borderline FICO scores.

What are the experts' impression of Empire of America?
