Equifax Scores vs My Fico Scores

How can Equifax on MyFico say 820 and on the Equifax Website i pulled score and it says 749?  How can there be almost a 100 point difference?  Can someone answer this for me please?  Thank You.

Different credit score models use different algorithms to calculate a consumer's credit worthiness.

myFICO is a FICO 08 score. Commonly used by credit card companies.

Equifax Score Power is a FICO 04 (aka Beacon 05). Commonly used by mortgage lenders.

All other Equifax scores are proprietary scores that are not used by most, if any, creditors and are considered to be "educational scores" only.
