Do they estimate the tax amount for escrow? My mortgage officer put in an amount and she said it wouldn't be exact since I didn't know how much it is on the property. I plan to find out of course but I've already signed the loan paperwork with the amount that she thought would be close I guess. So if it ends up being more or not enough?
