I'm suppose to get the keys to my new home in 2 days. Can someone explain to me is it normal to have them check 1 job several times. I mean some extreme things. I feel like they are stalling on this loan for some reason. I have 3 jobs. All 20+ an hour all verified couple of times. All in the same line of work which i get to work from home for. The 4th job i actually have to go in everyday which is fine. Same line of work. It's not like i'm asking for a 700k loan. It's 300k and easily affordable. So whats the deal with this underwriter. I did everything she asked me too. Now she's nitpicking on this one job. Is this normal?
