Ex FICO vs lender FICO?

I am about to pull the ex FICO from this site and wondering the difference is between this one at the on lenders pull (ex02).

Can you give me any insight? I don't want to waste an inquiry on lender pull if we won't pre-qualify!

Most lenders do not use the newest EX FICO version that is sold here. So I would not waste my money. The EQ FICO from here is unfortunately the only score from here that most lenders will use.
