Re: Experian 08 639. what would lender score be using V2

lol. Thanks swtneka. Smiley Happy   I talked with the lender I just had my report pulled with yesterday and she said I should be able to get to 640 pretty easy. She ran their software for figuring out what I need to bring my score up 10pts for equifax. She said just doing nothing and leaving everything the same should bring it up 7 or 8 points and then if I got a credit card for at least a $500 credit limit that would bring it up another 7 or 8 pts. does anybody know if the programs or software lenders use to see what can bring your score up is accurate?

And as a back up plan I've been talking with a mortgage broker and he said there are a few lenders he knows that can do a 100% financing and no PMI loan with my current middle score of 630. So hopefully soon I'll be on my way. If I can't get something going by august i'm just gonna wait for a while and get my DTI down and save up more money for cash reserves or downpayment. and of course my scores will be higher too.
