FGMC FHA Closing Costs?

Does anyone have any idea how much FGMC charges for closing costs? If I get the seller to pay closing (they can only pay up to 6% of the sales price) am I going to need additional funds? We are looking at an 80K mortgage. I can't imagine closing being more than 3-4K, but I'm not sure beacause FGMC is a subprime lender.

I can't seem to get the processor to respond to any of my questions- have emailed several times and left voicemails. It's unfortunate because when I was dealing directly with the loan office he was always prompt in addressing questions/ concerns.

You should have some disclosures such as a good faith estimate and one that says Funds Needed to close
