FHA Credit Requirement HELP!!!

It's State not federal. I'm doing the hippa process, the first round was not good results I'm going to make arrangements to pays slowly but surely.

Does anyone know the benefits of working with an FHA approved lender? My current broker is not an approved lender.

Did you ask him why they're not approved?  Perhaps the FHA didn't approve HIM?

I'm thinking a lender with no FHA link is hurting business, but then again they might cater to those with bigtime income and credit files, and they simply don't wanna fool with a govt anything.
