Re: FHA DTI???

I had to provide letters from the creditors stating that my account is no longer in dispute and by the time I close the remarks should be taken off.  I guess the broker didn't tell me what would happen if they still don't have those remarks removed by then...but I will stay on the creditors until I see they follow through...and I have the letters.

Who was your lender? We are in the same boat with a back end DTI of 47%
