Does anyone know the FHA Inspection Guidelines? I just got the home inspection and there were a few problems:
Few shingles missing on corner of house
Flashing installed incorrectly on portion of the house
Double tapped on a 20 amp breaker
14 gauge wire on a 20 amp breaker
These were the main problems, I was wondering if the FHA inspector would red-flag these. In the back of my mind I am hoping he does, I would love to have these fixed prior to me purchasing the house.
Is it a foreclosure or short sale? If not I would have the sellers agree to fix them first...None of that sounds like a deal breaker.
