When putting down the minimum 3.5%, how much higher does the FHA interest rate go? For example, if you see quotes for lets say 5%, how much will that go up if you put the minimum down? 5.25%? 5.5%? 6.0%? Assuming excellent credit, some reserves and good job history. Just a ballpark increase, I know this is very specific. THanls
