Thanks alot for the information. When you are dealing with people about money. They neec to be more up front. I rather you say I don't know but I will find out. Stop blowing smoke when you have no idea what you are saying. The process is already frustrating enough. I really appreciated the  information and will read more about the overlays?!  We are ready to be homeowners again. This renting situation isn't working for me.
