What kind of rates are FHA loans getting these days?

Depends on if you pay points or not, and credit score... anywhere from mid/upper 5's to low 6's.

Scores in the mid to upper 600s for me and low to mid 700s for DH. I'd rather not pay points, certainly not more than 1 if any.
