FHA Streamline Refi

I haven't made my first payment on my new mortgage yet but is there a seasoning guideline on when I can do a FHA streamline refi?

If rates drop I would love to do it....I am currently at 6.50%

I though you had to be in distress for the new FHA refi? 

Rates would have to drop alot further than they are likely to to justify a refi if you are at 6.5.

You can refi anytime you want.

There is a Streamline FHA Refi program that is minimal in cost so if rates drop to 6% it's worth it. 

My question is if there is a seasoning requirement?
