OK, it appears it's a good idea not to deal with Countrywide if time is of the essence. I'll have to ask some questions of my broker and make sure he doesn't depend on CW. It's a shame you can't have two FHA files open because I'd turn this over to two brokers and go with the first one to get the job done !
