I was just told by a friend that FHA only insures property that is in good condition. I guess that makes sense. Anyway,some of these REO properties have missing light fixtures, broken fences, etc. Will most banks work with FHA loans? Will FHA change it's standards so people can buy the bank owned homes? Where can I find more info about this? Thanks
