I close on my home in less than 2 weeks and it has been appraised already, but I am told that the info cannot be released because no cae number has been assigned yet to our FHA loan. My broker says that there is a "glitch in the system" and that it is nothing to worry about. I am freaking out right now! If anything goes wrong now and I can't close on this home on schedule, I have nowhere to go becasue I have already given notice to my rental and have to be out by the end of the month.
Is he just buying time or does he have to tell me bad news or can he be telling the truth?
