FHA loan MA- chances? lenders?

Hey guys,

My wife and I are currently looking to get pre-approved. Our credit isn't the best. Combined income of $100k. No lates for me in about 18mos- her 4 years. 

Just pulled my experian 626- Equifax 639

Her experian 635- Equifax 663

Anyone know of a lender to try?

I would go to Prospect Mortgage. Call Todd Zukowski, he was the best LO ever along with his team. They got me approved. Google Todd and his info will appear.
