I know this was a super old thread but I was wondering if you could email me the link you tried to share on the thread. It would be very helpful for us. Our discharge date for bk was 6/10 (house included in bk, foreclosure) but the bank didn't transfer the deed until 2/12. Very frustrating.... We thought we would be able to buy soon, getting our ducks in a row, and now we've been hit with this 3 year from deed transfer business... Any help would be appreciated.
