Can I get an FHA loan ? Trans fico 674; Ezuifax 660; Exp plus 692; 8k down; 220,000; 7500 income; 1700 mo debt payments.

Scores should work, downpayment should work and income may work if that $1700 includes your future mortgage payment.  If not that would put you over 50% backend DTI.

those are my current obligations. Are you computing the loan payment to be over $2,000? It would have to be to put DTI above 50%?

You should be alright with all those as long as your payments not too high.
