FHA rates down to 6 percent today....

I have been pre-approved but can't lock into this rate until I have a property....and I can't find a property until my house sells!!!! GRRRRRRrrr --- 2 people have walked through and it's only been a week, but I can't wait.... I will be at 0 percent util!!!

This info came from www.mortgage101.com. Wells Fargo seems to be higher!

My mortgage person told me that Wells only shows in 1/2 increments on their site, and its for specific fha, not the loan program I am getting. I looked at Wells more for trends.

many brokers and bankers sell to wells.... they are a big buyer of fha loans.

funny how the 'middle man' can beat wells.... and turn around and sell the same loan to them AT A PROFIT.
