I am looking into starting the process in getting a mortgage. My mother will be consigning for me. Can I get a FHA loan? She already has a home that her name is on, home is already paid off and is not showing on her credit report.
Starting Score: 581 TU 549 EQ 541 EX(LO Jan. 2011)
Current Score: 681 TU 663 EQ
Goal Score: 700 TU 700 EQ
