Can you get an FHA loan for a TH or Condo?

Someone told me they are only for SFH.

Yes you can but the community must be FHA approved. Check out the below link to find out if the community you are interested in is FHA approved:

ETA: The above link is only for condo's. I believe with TH & SFH they just must pass FHA inspection.

Keep in mind that even though a structure may appear to be a townhouse, some are actually categorized as condos. Make sure it is a true townhouse.

I haven't pulled my EX scores since 2/12. I believe the last date was either 2/13 or 2/14.
