Hi All,
I found this document on Fannie Mae's website and find it very beneficial as I prepare to start the homebuilding process in October. Since it's Fannie Mae, the guidelines are for conventional (conforming) mortgages, but it appears that they cover EVERYTHING related to underwriting requirements. I wanted to share with the forum as I'm sure there are quite a few people who are going (or thinking about going) conventional.
It's dated 4/9/13, so it's very recent. It will make for good reading for me this weekend.
