Does anyone know of any fico 08 mortgage lenders or lenders that use the highest score of fico 04? Thanks
I'm not aware of a mortgage lender using the FICO 08 formula. Most mortgage lenders use FICO 04 and they take your middle score. I don't know of any lender, not matter what FICO formula they use, that takes your highest score.
Years ago.. when the subprime market was booming we could get a top score through... Not going to happen in this generation.
