I will be lucky to get a 6 even rate!

Right now, FHA is at 5.5%

I, too, was just approved (last week) for an FHA loan with a 5.5%, 30 year fixed (and no origination).

Also, in regards to this posting's subject, my credit scores from the lender exactly matched my scores I pulled from myFICO.

FICO 8/5/10; TU 724, EQ 702
FICO 6/9/09: TU 669, EQ 658, EX ???
FICO 7/20/07: TU 540; EQ 595, EX 544

My FICOS my bank came up with were my exact FICO's from My FICO.
