My score is 607.  I want to buy a house so bad. Do anyone now what is lender min fico score requirment to get a loan.

That being said, we will need a whole lot more information than what you provided to give you some feedback. What score did you provide? Is it a FICO score that you purchased on this site? What is your income, debt, payment history (any lates/charge offs/collections/bankruptcys, etc), where you are looking to buy, how much of a home, etc.


More than likely, it sounds like you would be going the FHA route with only 3.5% down due - minimum score requirements are usually between 620-640 depending on the lender (and that is your middle score of your 3 reports).

Starting Score: 627 EQ, 621 TU - 11/15/08
Current Score: 778 EQ, 781 TU, 778 EXP 07/20/12 Lender Pull
Goal Score: 800 EQ & TU
