Finally CTC!

I have been following this forum and reading all the stories good and bad for the past 3 months while I waited for my home to be built. I finally got a clear to close on Friday. I sign loan Docs on monday!! So for those of you who posted thank you and those of you still waiting it will happen be patient!!

Current Score: Now 687 what the hockey sticks...from a 784 (Aug 12 EX 751 EQ Fico)
Goal Score: 800
