Finally Closed through Chase Rural Development Loan

I am finally done! After rebuilding credit, preapproval, then being outbid on the first house, then trying to close over the holidays-we are finally done!!

We are finally homeowners!!

Closed May 5th-30 yr fixed at 5.25%.
