How long has the property been on the market? If it was for a short time they could be waiting for some other offers to come in or there is already another offer on the table and they are slow to decide. When I sold my house we had multiples and accepted 1 right off the bat. The buyers backed out at day 3 and we accepted one of the other offers around day 5 ish. We were motivated so we went as fast as we could. Some folks move a little slower than others.
