First time home buyer...

We have been blessed to finally get the approval we had been looking for to buy our first home.  Just 1 year ago we were told that due to my low credit score we didn't stand a chance in purchasing a home in the near future.  However, my wife and I used that as motivation to turns things around.  After several DV, PFD, and GW letters, here we are now, under contract and 43 days away from closing on our new home! It's a new build so we are basically waiting for the house to be complete.  We are super excited, yet extremely nervous.  :smileyhappy:
