Re: Florida USDA GUARANTEED LOAN Question

Well I got my status update, its going back to USDA tonight.. OOoops I thought it was already there, last week they said they just needed to send some stuff back to them so I assumed it was already back, so now atleast I know it wasnt sitting at USDA with an issue, hopefully all issues are resolved and they will turn it around really quick. But being its a holiday this week, Im now figuring Ill hear back Thursday/Friday since its just going back updated to USDA they already have the file. Fingers Crossed

Re: Florida USDA GUARANTEED LOAN Question

I came across this thread on a google search and have been keeping an eye on it for the past week or so. We were submitted to the Central Florida (Davenport) USDA on June 28th hoping to close on July 20th. Good luck everyone and I will keep you posted on our situation.

Re: Florida USDA GUARANTEED LOAN Question

FHA payments are generally significantly higher monthly then USDA because of the PMI difference, that on top of the down payment might make the waiting a few more days a little bit easier?

Re: Florida USDA GUARANTEED LOAN Question

I'm going crazy. Once again I might have to get another extension that the bank can turn down. I'm like going nuts. FHA is prolly taking the same amount of time. I don't see where they can be this behind.
