Jules- Did you close? We close tomorrow, not sure of the time yet thought the final hud need a approval and that was it

Nope, hoping for early next week, original date was 7/13 so now we are hoping for any time earlier next week. Still no word back from USDA with final approval yet. Today will be business day three since it got sent back to them and I was told 3 to 5 business days so Im hoping we here today so that we can schedule closing for early next week, we will need the HUD and all that done once it comes back so fingers crossed for today. It will make my weekend much more pleasant! Good Luck with the closing today!

Very excited for you both! Im hopping to be able to close by wed, Id be ecstatic to close monday, or tuesday..hell Ill be happy with any day next week. But Id love to move it up sooner so we have all day friday to paint and such!

WE CLOSED TODAY!!! Closing happend started at 3:45 and lasted for about an hours. We have the keys and moving has begun!!!

Still have not closed.... Had a problem with the deed. So still waiting. Hopefully it should be fixed by Friday. Sellers fault this time, so I asked for my $50 a day fee back since now they are not ready.

Oh geeez. I hope you get the money back and close soon! I havent closed either. Still waiting on USDA, apparently they had to do a new appraisal for the pool waiver so now we're just sitting tight and Im praying we can still make friday closing! Fingers crossed for both of us!
