You are going to be cutting VERY VERY close because 15 business in still the current turn around time they are saying which puts them reviewing your file on the 23rd of July....I would work on a back up plan noww so you are not waiting till the last minute.

You mean sleeping in the back of the moving truck with three kids and three cats isn't a reliable back up plan?

I have family with a condo in FL. I guess that would be plan B. I will just pray the back log loosens up a bit, although I'm convinced NO business transactions actually happen during the 4th of July week.

Ha Jules, I was just going to say the same thing!!! We had a great weekend. Spent the weekend with the kids canoeing and swimming and not worrying about the house etc. Looking forward to great week!

Glad you enjoyed your weekend stress free. I was not feeling so great yesterday so luckily that kept my mind off  of it lol I was too busy sneezing every five seconds.  But fingers toes and eyes crossed today

Actually Holst has written in awhile, fingers crossed that means they are closed and sitting in their new house without internet yet

I too enjoyed a stress free weekend. Went swimming with the kids and did get the extention. hey also stopped me from paying the fee. Its extended to July 9. I am feeling a little better today and my attitude is positive and im glad I dont habe to pay a mortgage payment immediately.
