Are 80/20 loans still being processed. I currently live in the state of Florida and I wanted to know if these loans are still available, what would your fico score have to be at a minimum?

i heard that there was a lender doing 2nds to 100% still. doubt that will last. and they may have just been a fly by night.

even a farther stretch getting one done in florida.

florida is almost 100% declining market, isnt it?

i dont lend there.... maybe shane knows.... i think he does.
