Re: For those with....

In all actuality there really is no way to compare.

They all score your report with different outcomes because they all look at your report differently.

While you are trying to get ideas based on others situation, it is impossible unless your reports are identical.

From my personal experience I have seen fluctuations from very minimal change to a change of 85 points, in either direction.

The only true way to know is to have a lender pull your report and see where you stand.

Re: For those with....

Since we only have two scores, fha goes by the lower EX score. No one at EQ will help me, no one can answer why my file can't be accessed all of a sudden. I am in preapproval hell.

Re: For those with....

I wonder if you have a split file ????  I don't know, but its a possibility.

Equifax has a reputation of doing that sometimes. The causes can include: mistake in your personal info (like inverting your social) or other clerical error. Another error can happen if you share the same name with your father for example.

Just call Equifax and verify with them if you have a split file. You will have to stop pulling your credit in the meantime until it gets fixed.
