My home was foreclosed on in September 2009. I would like to purchase another home next year sometimes.. I read on the FHA website that at least year years must pass to re-qualify...
Does the 3 years mark count from when the house was actually foreclosed on? Or DOLA? I am assuming its when the foreclosure actually happened.
