I have bidded on several Short Sales and Foreclosures and It seems that don't do anything but keep hitting dead ends. These banks are making it so very frustrating; they don't get back to you or they counter the listing price way above market value...it is really sad not only for me but also for some of the people (short salers) that are going to be forced into BankRuptcy...Is anyone out there frustrated with what's going on? If so sound off and if anyone has any advice, please let me hear from you because I feel like giving up or atleast putting my home search on a shelf for a little while to regroup.
