I'm really thinking this might actually happen. I'm hoping to move in 3 weeks from today, so it better lol. The only thing we have left is the bank needing to verify that the funds are in my account and where they came from. Can it be really this easy?
The bigger excitement for the day, we heard back from the seller about an hour before their inspection period ended. They agreed to fix everything on our list, but are using a handyman that isn't licensed. I'm hoping this doesn't impact the home warranty but I'm just so excited that I don't have to pay for any of the stuff. I'm tired but I don't know if I'll sleep tonight.
