Why are Freddie Mac Lenders, so hard to find?

Does anyone know of any Freddie Mac Lenders in Michigan?

In the counter offer agreement from seller it listed that if I used a Freddie Mac Lender, that I may be entitled to certain perks.

I just really want to explore this to see it was right for me.

However, I have been unable to locate a bank/company in Michigan.

This website isn't for consumers, it's a list of wholesale lenders that mortgage brokers can submit Freddie Mac based loans to, but they all do Freddie Mac loans.  The contact's of the people there won't be able to help you, as they only deal with brokers, but they might also have retail divisions of their company that would be able to help consumers.  You could also contact a mortgage broker to locate a Freddie Mac lender for you.

A lot of lenders sell Freddie loans.....

I think a lot of LOs cut their teeth on Fannie so they go there first
