Does anyone know if Freddie Mac LP will accept if there is a one disputed tradeline? I called EQ and had all removed but somehow they missed this one...LO didn't know and had to "dig some more" to see if he could submit to LP and get an accept with this on there. Of course, EQ is closed for the holiday and I'm on pins and needles waiting for the pre-approval letter so we don't lose the house we want.
