After waiting months to hear the three wonderful words CLEAR TO CLOSE, I finally heard those three words and now I can not close because of builder delay.I am getting so frustrated, I was supposed to close on last week but due to a delay with the builders I will not close probably until next week. Lock rate has been extended once and I think that it is going to have to get extended again. TEARS I wil be so glad when I can move into my new home.
Thanks dallasloanguy. How often do the loan officer have to update bank statement and copy of check stubs after getting clear to close. I ask because they last updated bank account and paycheck stubs on June 19th.
