$20 for credit card minimum (that I actually pay in full every month and only use to keep the score up)
Their Mid-Score was 778.
Pre-approved is for $185,000 @ 5.5%.................Since this roughly equates to $1,550 in my area......I won't be going that high.....
However it feels good to know that if I were stupid enough to stretch myself that I could buy the coolest house!
